Ribbon Cutting: Penn Highlands Community College

Description

Come and celebrate the opening of Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Centre County with us! We are excited to help cut the ribbon on their new facility and marking the official arrival of Penn Highlands to our vibrant community! Following the ribbon cutting, guests are invited to the Open House, where you will be able to take a tour and ask any questions you may have. We hope to see you for a time filled with celebration and promise!
