Michele works with non-profit leaders to synthesize their ideas and visions into written words and develop grant ready content to establish more sustainable internal operations and, in turn, secure more funding.  With 10 years of experience as a non-profit Executive Director, she also offers non-profit leadership consulting on fundraising, organizational systems development, program growth and development, marketing and design, financial management, and curriculum development. Michele has raised more than 3 million dollars in grant awards from large and small private foundations and government entities. She believes strongly in equity, inclusion, and belonging and strives to represent these values in grant funding strategies and grant writing to advance their application within organizations and their programming. Michele has a passion for working with conservation, education, and community-driven non-profits.
