The Philipsburg Revitalization Corporation (PRC) is an all-volunteer non-profit organization focused on improving the economy and quality of life in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. Together with our partners in federal, state, and county government, as well as fellow like-minded organizations, the PRC creates and executes strategy for the redevelopment our town. The PRC markets Philipsburg as a worthy place to live, visit, invest, and do business. Throughout the year, the PRC hosts community events to attract residents and visitors to our historic downtown, which is undergoing a renaissance of sorts and is home to many hard-working family businesses.
