C-PACE Workshop:  Project Development Financing Tools

Join us for an educational event highlighting C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing, a tool that enables businesses to access long-term, low-cost funding for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, indoor air quality and resiliency improvements. 

Speakers will provide an overview of how C-PACE financing works and how businesses can use it to reduce operating costs while improving building performance.

The event will feature speakers from the Centre Regional Planning Agency, Centre County leadership, the regional C-PACE program, and private capital providers.
