Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County
Join us for the 20th Annual Mental Health Awareness Night, presented by The Meadows Psychiatric Center, on Thursday, April 30, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Calvary Harvest Fields in Boalsburg, PA. This year’s theme, “Together We Are One,” highlights the power of community, connection, and support in promoting mental wellness and celebrating recovery. This free, family-friendly event, sponsored by AmeriHealth and Community Care Behavioral Health Organization, offers an opportunity for individuals, families, and community members to come together for an evening of hope and encouragement. The program will feature special remarks from Centre County Commissioners, Penn State Women’s Gymnastics Head Coach Sarah Brown, and Centre County Crisis Intervention Training Specialist Tracy Small, each sharing perspectives on the importance of mental health awareness and support. Attendees can also enjoy live music, food, giveaways, and engaging activities for all ages. In addition, more than 10 local mental health providers will be on-site, offering valuable information and resources for those seeking support or looking to learn more about services available in the community. Whether you are seeking resources, supporting a loved one, or simply want to be part of a positive and uplifting community event, Mental Health Awareness Night is a meaningful way to connect and show that together, we are stronger.
