Sponsored by Penn State University's Women in Music, the New Ground Orchestra Festival gives musicians time to strengthen relationships with colleagues, explore and reflect on individual health as a performer, and build productive and meaningful relationships with the local community through community service, masterclasses, and performance. Musicians will give helping hands to the following organizations throughout the festival: - Clearwater Conservancy - Plowshare Produce - Centre Safe Festival culminates in a Concert open to the public on Friday, July 25th at 7:30 PM.
